By downloading or using the TutoTalk application, you agree to these terms automatically. Please read them carefully before using the application. You are not allowed to copy, modify, extract source code, translate into other languages, or create derivative versions of the application. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the application belong to TutoTalk.

TutoTalk strives to ensure the application is as useful and efficient as possible. We reserve the right to make changes to the application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will clearly explain any charges before they are applied.

The TutoTalk application stores and processes personal data you provide to us to deliver our services. You are responsible for securing your device and access to the application. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your phone, as this can compromise security and affect the application's functionality.

In-App Purchases: TutoTalk offers in-app purchases that provide additional features and content. These purchases are made through the Apple App Store. Payment for in-app purchases will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Account Settings after the purchase. All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for in-app purchases, except where required by law. We reserve the right to change our in-app purchases and subscription plans, including pricing, at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the application or as otherwise communicated to you.

TutoTalk is not responsible for the application's full functionality if you lack internet access or have run out of data allowance. Some features require an active internet connection, which can be via Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network provider.

If you use the application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms will apply, including data charges and roaming fees. You are responsible for any such charges. Ensure you have the bill payer’s permission if you are not the bill payer for the device using the application.

You are responsible for ensuring your device is charged and operational to use the application. TutoTalk cannot be held liable if your device is non-functional due to battery depletion or other issues.

To continue using the application, you must accept updates when offered. TutoTalk may stop providing the application and terminate its use at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights and licenses will end, and you must delete the application from your device.

While we strive to keep the application updated and accurate, we rely on third parties for information. TutoTalk accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss from relying wholly on the application's functionality.

We may update these terms periodically. The updated terms will be effective from the date they are posted.
