Acceptance of Terms: By downloading or using the TutoTalk application (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use automatically. Please read them carefully before using the App. You may not copy, modify, extract source code, translate into other languages, or create derivative versions of the App. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with the App belong to TutoTalk.
Changes to the App and Charges: TutoTalk strives to keep the App useful and efficient. We reserve the right to modify the App or charge for its services at any time, for any reason. Any potential charges or changes will be communicated clearly beforehand.
Personal Data and Security: The App stores and processes personal data you provide so we can deliver our services. You are responsible for securing your device and keeping your login credentials confidential. We recommend not jailbreaking or rooting your device, as doing so can compromise security and affect the App’s functionality.
In-App Purchases and Subscriptions: • Auto-Renewable Subscription Title: e.g., TutoTalk Premium • Length of Subscription: e.g., Monthly or Yearly • Pricing: e.g., USD $4.99 per month • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged upon purchase confirmation and again within 24 hours before each renewal. • Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store Account Settings after purchase. • Refunds: All sales are final. We do not provide refunds except where required by law. • Changes: We reserve the right to modify in-app purchases, subscription plans, and pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting in the App or as otherwise communicated.
Third-Party Services: The App may use third-party services, each with its own terms and conditions. Links to these terms will be provided within the App. TutoTalk does not assume responsibility for any issues arising from third-party service terms.
Internet and Network Usage: Some features of the App require an active internet connection, which can be via Wi-Fi or through your mobile network provider. TutoTalk is not responsible for reduced or lost functionality if you lack internet access or have exceeded your data limits.
Mobile Data and Roaming Charges: If you use the App outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms regarding data and roaming fees apply. You are responsible for any such charges. If you are not the bill payer, please ensure you have the bill payer’s permission.
Device Responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your device charged and operational. TutoTalk cannot be held liable if you are unable to use the App due to device-related issues such as battery depletion.
Updates and Termination: To continue using the App, you must accept updates when offered. TutoTalk may stop providing the App or terminate use at any time without notice. Upon termination, your rights to the App end, and you must delete it from your device.
Disclaimer of Liability: While we strive to keep the App accurate and updated, TutoTalk relies on certain third parties for information. We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the App’s functionality.
Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms of Use periodically. The updated version will be effective from the date it is posted within the App or otherwise communicated to you.
Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 2024-03-18.
